This style makes the classes accessible for all levels of ability.

Lots of options are demonstrated so you can choose what works best for your body.

The yoga styles are called hatha (with a gentle slow flow) and yin (stationary floor poses you hold for 3-5 minutes).

Yoga Classes

MONDAY 7:30 pm ~Breath & Balance – hatha yoga (online)

In this class you will work through a slow flow with the focus of aligning the breath to the movements.

THURSDAY 7:30 pm ~ Yin Yang Yoga (online)

Yin yoga combines a mix of yin (seated, stationary yoga poses that you hold for 3-5 minutes) and yang (an active slow flow moving between different poses) to promote relaxation in mind and body.

SATURDAY 9:30am ~ Yin & slow flow (Blackburn)

This hour class includes a mix of yin yoga poses (using props) to ease into the session and then moves into a gentle slow flow. Please BYO yoga mat and see address details below.
